BRAD TOLKIN / JEFF TOLKIN
Brad and Jeff Tolkin serve as Co-Chairmen/Co-CEOs of World Travel Holdings. They each have more than 30 years of experience as an operating executive in the travel industry. Prior to co-founding World Travel Holdings in 2005, the Tolkins owned and operated Travel Impressions, one of the country’s most successful privately held travel wholesalers. Under the Tolkins’ leadership, Travel Impressions was profitable for 22 consecutive years and successfully operated such prestigious industry brands as Pan American Holidays, Eastern Vacations, Continental Vacations, and Virgin Atlantic Vacations. In 1992, the Tolkins acquired Empress Travel, a retail travel agency with 40 stores, and expanded the chain to include more than 100 locations.
Travel Impressions and Empress Travel were both sold to American Express in 1998. During the Tolkins’ tenure at American Express, they successfully transitioned both operations to wholly owned subsidiaries of American Express®.
Brad and Jeff were elected to the Cruise Line International Association Hall of Fame in 2014.
Brad holds a BS from Cornell University, and Jeff holds a BA from Columbia College and a JD from Columbia Law School.
Jamie Cash serves as World Travel Holdings’ Senior Vice President of Technology and is responsible for all of the company’s technology functions, including software development and technical services support. Under Cash’s leadership, World Travel Holdings will continue to maintain and provide the most cost-effective and innovative technology solutions in the travel industry. Cash joined World Travel Holdings/NLG in 2001 as Director of Technical Architecture. Prior to joining WTH/NLG, he held technology leadership roles at several start-up ventures and consulted in the financial services industry for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Cash is a graduate of Amherst College.
David Crooks serves as Senior Vice President of Product & Operations. Crooks is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of all cruise and land sales through its various distribution channels as well as for overseeing all supplier relationships. He has been with World Travel Holdings/NLG since NLG’s inception in 1986 and has held a variety of positions including Director of Sales and Training. Crooks began his career in the travel industry as a tour director for Paragon Tours and Travel and then served as its Director of Tour Escorts. He also worked for the St. Moritz-on-the-Park, New York, NY, and for Cunard Line as a member of the onboard cruise staff. Crooks is a graduate of Niagara University.
Debbie Fiorino serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Owned Brands. She has P&L responsibility for the company’s B2B brands ‒ Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., as well as the company’s owned House Brands which include CruisesOnly, Cruises.com, CheapCruises.com, Vacation Outlet, Cruise411, LuxuryOnly, CheapRentalCar.com. She is also responsible for continuing to grow its franchise (Dream Vacations/CruiseOne) and independent contractor (Cruises Inc.) agency base and providing exceptional support for these agents. With nearly 30 years of experience in business and leadership, and more than 15 years in the travel industry, Debbie offers expansive knowledge in driving strategic plans for growth. Debbie, who joined the company in 2002 in Human Resources, saw a correlation in how her HR skills could benefit revenue-producing divisions. Prior to joining World Travel Holdings, she served at companies including KaBloom, Bertucci’s Corporation (NE Restaurant Company) and Medical Diagnostics, Inc. Debbie holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts/Boston.
Don Graff serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all finance functions including reporting, budgeting, expense control, and accounts payable & receivable. Graff has worked in finance for more than 20 years. Since joining World Travel Holdings/NLG in 2003, he has served as Controller and Director of Finance. Prior to joining the company, he was Director of Finance for Genuity and Director of Business Analysis for GTE Corporation. Graff holds an MS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska.
Jeffrey Sherota is Senior Vice President of Cruiseline.com and Resort for a Day at World Travel Holdings. He has P&L responsibility for Cruiseline.com, a cruise review website and social community for cruisers as well as Resort for a Day, the largest distributor of resort day passes in more than 20 cruise ports throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda, Hawaii, Mexican Riviera and more. Jeff started in 1992 with World Travel Holdings predecessors’ ‒ Travel Services International, MyTravel, and National Leisure Group – where he served as General Manager of Sales and Operations for 10 years. He has also served as SVP of House Brands at World Travel Holdings for the past 13 years. He is a graduate of Colgate University.
Jeff Smith serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Care & Luxury Travel Holdings. He oversees the operation of a 99 percent virtual salesforce of travel agents located across the U.S., and all offline individual sales of mass-market cruise, land and villa vacations for the company’s owned, partner and villa brands. Smith also is responsible for Luxury Travel Holdings, the company’s villa division, including full P&L accountability and all of the teams within that group. Smith joined World Travel Holdings/NLG in 1993 as a Vacation Consultant. Throughout his tenure at World Travel Holdings/NLG, he has held various positions in Sales and Sales Center Management. He is a graduate of Nasson College.
As Vice President of Supplier Relations and Product Operations, Jennifer Gasser is the liaison between the cruise suppliers and all divisions of the World Travel Holdings organization. Her responsibilities include promotional activities, website content and merchandising of the cruise lines. She has been with World Travel Holdings since 2005. Prior to that, Jennifer was Vice President of Product at Saga Holidays and has also worked for Disney Theatricals as Guest Relations Manager for the New Amsterdam Theater. Jennifer holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and a Masters in Theater from Northwestern University.
Andy Kaye serves as World Travel Holdings’ Vice President, Strategic Planning. Andy is responsible for corporate strategic planning, both overseeing and supporting key strategic growth initiatives. He joined World Travel Holdings/NLG in 1996 on a three-week temporary assignment in finance which has grown into a two decade-long career. Andy began his career working with American Express Financial focused on opening new diverse markets for their services. He has also served as Business Director at The MENTOR Network with a focus on organizational design. Andy is a graduate from Northeastern University.
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Loren Kennedy oversees Talent Acquisition including the hiring and onboarding of hundreds of travel agents and corporate positions each year. She is also responsible for Total Rewards, which includes the negotiation of the company’s benefit programs and designing strategic compensation plans. Loren also leads Corporate Communications/Public Relations and Talent Development which are designed to create a more engaged workforce and produce first-class leaders. She works collaboratively with leadership teams across the company to build and develop organizational structures and talent to achieve strategic objectives that are aligned with company goals. Since joining the company in 2004, Loren has held various positions including Director of Total Rewards and Vice President of HR. Loren attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and also holds a Professional Human Resources Certification.
Drew Daly, CTIE, is a long-time member of the World Travel Holdings’ family. He joined the company as a travel agent and quickly moved up the ranks into sales management. In early positions with World Travel Holdings, Drew managed the Virginia Beach call center and worked as Manager of Retail Sales, where he oversaw the operations of 26 retail locations. In 2002, Drew began creating what is now the nation’s most impressive, comprehensive virtual sales network. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager for World Travel Holdings’ B2B Division – Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. In this position, Drew is the face of network and is responsible for all operations and agent-facing functions for both business models including Sales, Events, and Business Development. A leader in the travel industry, Drew has served as the Chairman on CLIA’s STARboard for the past four years and on the Board of Directors for The Travel Institute and PATH-the Professional Association of Travel Hosts. He is a regular contributor to WPTV-NBC, in addition to several industry publications. Drew is a graduate of Suffolk University – Sawyer School of Management.
Rosemarie Reed, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Owned Brands, has been with World Travel Holdings since 2008, starting in Information Technology before transitioning to Marketing. She is responsible for creating and executing unique marketing campaigns for the company’s owned brands which include CruisesOnly, Cruises.com, CheapCruises.com, Vacation Outlet, Cruise411, LuxuryOnly, CheapRentalCar.com, Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. Her out-of-the-box thinking led Rosemarie to successfully create and launch the Dream Vacations travel franchise brand while continuing to play a vital role in delivering profitable growth for CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. brands. She began her career with The Walt Disney Company, where she combined her keen business sense and leadership skills with her natural creative talent to become a dynamic marketing and sales leader.
Alison Earnshaw is Managing Director of WTH UK and is responsible for the P&L, as well as all operations and functions across WTH UK’s three cruise brands – Cruise 118, Six Star Cruises and RiverVoyages. Previously the WTH UK Product and Commercial Director, her responsibilities included managing relationships, contracts and promotions with all cruise line partners in the UK. She also was part of the team that launched Cruise118 in 2008, Six Star Cruises in 2009 and RiverVoyages in 2011. Alison has worked in the travel industry for more than 20 years and in cruise for 14 years.
