Brad and Jeff Tolkin serve as Co-Chairmen/Co-CEOs of World Travel Holdings and are its majority shareholders. They each have more than 40 years of experience as an operating executive in the travel industry. In 2005 they co-founded World Travel Holdings, and through a variety of acquisitions, innovative business practices, and developing opportunities, they have grown the company into more than a billion-dollar travel industry powerhouse. Today, World Travel Holdings owns and operates more than 35 leading travel brands including owned brands, private-label partnerships comprised of prominent companies in the United States and the United Kingdom, and two top-rated travel agency franchise brands. As a result of their significant contributions to the cruise industry, Brad and Jeff were inducted into the Cruise Lines International Association Hall of Fame in 2014, and in 2021, received Travel Weekly’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Prior to co-founding World Travel Holdings, the Tolkins owned and operated Travel Impressions, one of the country’s most successful privately held travel wholesalers, and in 1992 they acquired Empress Travel. Travel Impressions and Empress Travel were both sold to American Express in 1998. Brad holds a BS from Cornell University, and Jeff holds a BA from Columbia College and a JD from Columbia Law School.
DEBBIE FIORINO
Debbie Fiorino serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Dream Vacations and CruiseOne. She is responsible for the P&L for the company’s B2B brands, Dream Vacations and CruiseOne, which includes continuing to grow its franchise agency base and providing exceptional support for these travel agent entrepreneurs. Since taking responsibility for this division, it hit a 2,000 franchises milestone, had its best year in bookings and sales, and its land vacation sales has grown double digits. With nearly 35 years of experience in business and leadership, and more than 20 years in the travel industry, Debbie offers expansive knowledge in driving strategic plans for growth. Debbie, who joined the company in 2002 in Human Resources, saw a correlation in how her HR skills could benefit revenue-producing divisions. Prior to joining World Travel Holdings, she served at companies including KaBloom, Bertucci’s Corporation (NE Restaurant Company) and Medical Diagnostics, Inc. Debbie holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts/Boston.
DON GRAFF
Don Graff serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all finance and administration functions including budgeting and planning, reporting and analysis, and treasury and cash management. Additionally, Graff works closely with the Company’s external professionals including Audit, Tax, Risk Management, Legal, and Banking. Graff has worked in finance and operations for more than 35 years. Graff joined World Travel Holdings/NLG in 2003. Prior to joining the company, he was Director of Finance at Genuity and Director of Business Analysis at GTE Corporation. Graff holds an MS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska.
JAMIE CASH
Jamie Cash serves as World Travel Holdings’ Senior Vice President of Technology and is responsible for all of the company’s technology functions, including software development and technical services support. Under Cash’s leadership, World Travel Holdings will continue to maintain and provide the most cost-effective and innovative technology solutions in the travel industry. He also has P&L responsibility for Cruiseline.com/Ship Mate App, a cruise review website and social community for cruisers. Cash joined World Travel Holdings/NLG in 2001 as Director of Technical Architecture. Prior to joining WTH/NLG, he held technology leadership roles at several start-up ventures and consulted in the financial services industry for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Cash is a graduate of Amherst College.
DAVID CROOKS
David Crooks serves as Senior Vice President of Product & Operations. Crooks is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of all cruise and land sales through its various distribution channels as well as for overseeing all supplier relationships. He has been with World Travel Holdings/NLG since NLG’s inception in 1986 and has held a variety of positions including Director of Sales and Training. Crooks began his career in the travel industry as a tour director for Paragon Tours and Travel and then served as its Director of Tour Escorts. He also worked for the St. Moritz-on-the-Park, New York, NY, and for Cunard Line as a member of the onboard cruise staff. Crooks is a graduate of Niagara University.
DREW DALY
A Certified Travel Industry Executive, Drew Daly is Senior Vice President and General Manager of home-based travel agency franchise CruiseOne and Dream Vacations, which is part of World Travel Holdings, the nation’s largest cruise agency and award-winning leisure travel company. Drew’s career started as a travel agent with NLG (which was acquired by World Travel Holdings in 2005) and he quickly moved up the ranks into sales management and as a member of the World Travel Holdings executive team. In 2002, Drew began creating what is now the nation’s most impressive, comprehensive virtual sales network. A leader in the travel industry, Drew has served as the Chairman of CLIA’s Strategic Travel Agent Review Board (Cruise Lines International Association) and on the Board of Directors for The Travel Institute and PATH-the Professional Association of Travel Hosts. He is also a member of the American Society of Travel Agents, the Executive Leadership Broward Class of 2017 and is on the Event Committee for Gilda’s Club of South Florida. Drew has spoken alongside Oprah Winfrey at the dedication ceremony for Holland America Line’s Nieuw Statendam and has testified in front of the U.S. Senate as an expert witness on behalf of the travel advisor community. In addition to presenting at CLIA’s Cruise360 conference, The New York Times Travel Show and at the GOGO All Hands Conference, he has been interviewed by CNN; is a regular contributor offering travel advice and tips on NBC and FOX affiliates; and is often cited as an industry expert in travel trade publications. Drew is a graduate of Suffolk University – Sawyer School of Management and the author of the award-winning book “Selling Fun”.
JENNIFER GASSER
As Senior Vice President of Partner Brands, Jennifer Gasser manages World Travel Holdings’ white-label partnerships. She also oversees the in-house creative agency that produces all the marketing assets for Partner and House Brands. She has been with World Travel Holdings since 2005, and in her previous role she managed the cruise line relations as Vice President of Product and Operations. Prior to that, Jennifer was Vice President of Product at Saga Holidays and has also worked for Disney Theatricals as Guest Relations Manager for the New Amsterdam Theater in New York City. Jennifer holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and a Masters in Theater from Northwestern University.
ANDY KAYE
Andy Kaye serves as World Travel Holdings’ Vice President of Strategic Planning and General Manager of Luxury Travel Holdings. Andy is responsible for corporate strategic planning, both overseeing and supporting key strategic growth initiatives. He also leads the company’s Villas division including villa brands Villas of Distinction, Jamaica Villas and Bravo Villas. He joined World Travel Holdings/NLG in 1996 on a three-week temporary assignment in finance which has grown into a nearly three decade-long career. Andy began his career working with American Express Financial focused on opening new diverse markets for their services. He has also served as Business Director at The MENTOR Network with a focus on organizational design. Andy is a graduate from Northeastern University.
LOREN KENNEDY
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Care, Loren Kennedy is responsible for all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Benefits, Payroll, Corporate Communications/Public Relations, and Workforce Strategy and Analytics. Loren also leads the Customer Care division, a team of more than 700 employees in Sales, Service, Operations and Telephony. In addition, she works collaboratively with leadership teams across the company to build and develop organizational structures and talent to achieve strategic objectives that are aligned with company goals. Since joining the company in 2004, Loren has held various positions including Director of Total Rewards and Vice President of HR. Loren attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds a Professional Human Resources Certification.
ROSEMARIE REED
Rosemarie Reed serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for House Brands and the mastermind behind World Travel Holdings’ successful marketing and ecommerce efforts. With her eye for emerging digital trends and innovation in her DNA, Rosemarie has delivered creative campaigns and sales promotions that have resulted in unprecedented success for the company. She is also the driving force behind the successful creation and launch of the Dreams Vacations travel franchise brand within the company’s B2B division. Rosemarie is currently at the helm of World Travel Holdings’ owned brands, including CruisesOnly, Cruises.com, Cheap Cruises, and LuxuryOnly, and leading the company’s ecommerce and digital transformation initiatives. Her expertise is driving a range of ongoing projects that aim to assist customers in realizing the complete value and advantages of booking their cruise vacations through a travel agency provider.
ALISON EARNSHAW
Alison Earnshaw is Managing Director of WTH UK and is responsible for the P&L, as well as all operations and functions across WTH UK’s three cruise brands – Cruise 118, Six Star Cruises and RiverVoyages. Previously the WTH UK Product and Commercial Director, her responsibilities included managing relationships, contracts and promotions with all cruise line partners in the UK. She also was part of the team that launched Cruise118 in 2008, Six Star Cruises in 2009 and RiverVoyages in 2011. Alison has worked in the travel industry for more than 20 years and in cruise for 14 years.
