GEORGE ANDREOPOULOS

George Andreopoulos serves as Vice President of Business Development for the Partner Brands division, and has experience managing and overseeing the cruise programs for airline, hotel, timeshare, retail and online travel agency brands. George joined World Travel Holdings in 2001 as a Cruise Consultant. Throughout his tenure at World Travel Holdings, George has held various positions in Sales, Business Analytics and Marketing. George is a graduate of James Madison University and holds an MS degree from Old Dominion University.

JOELLE DELVA

Joelle Delva serves as the Vice President of Operations for Dream Vacations and CruiseOne, and has worked in the cruise vacation industry for more than 23 years. Throughout her career in travel, Joelle has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of payroll, finance, telecommunication, information technology and general operations within myriads of agencies such as The Cruise Line, Inc, Travel Services International, MyTravel-Shared Services and CruiseOne. Her experience includes the day-to-day operation of the employees that make our customers’ needs a reality. She develops policies and procedures towards fiscal responsibility all while delivering quality products and services.

STEVE LASSMAN

Steve Lassman serves as Vice President of Villa Product and Agency Relations for World Travel Holdings’ luxury villa division. Steve oversees travel agent engagement and is also responsible for strengthening the division’s relationships with the external agency community and our villa product to capitalize on the expanded growth the company has experienced in these areas. Steve was nominated in 2019 by the Virtuoso Travel Network as a Best of the Best Ambassador by their travel advisors. Prior to joining World Travel Holdings in January of 2005, he served as Vice President of Sales for both Apple Vacations and Travel Impressions, where he was responsible for all sales activities including the partnerships with the travel agency community. In addition, Steve has worked at Tollman-Hundley Hotels, Loews Hotels, Cunard Cruise Lines and United Airlines in various capacities. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida.

ALICIA LINDEN

Alicia has been with WTH since 2010 and has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and promotions. She is passionate about helping travel advisors deliver a remarkable brand experience. Alicia oversees strategic marketing efforts, planning, and research for recruitment and consumer marketing initiatives. This includes branding, advertising, website development, search engine marketing, auto-social programs, customizable email campaigns, and the execution of all marketing programs to support our travel advisors. With a specialization in lead and demand generation, she has helped increase leads, sales, website traffic, email open rates, and brand awareness and is motivated by achieving the impossible. She will continue to work with her team and the business to ensure we are innovating with promotions and marketing activations.

Under her leadership, Dream Vacations has launched a nationally recognized Veteran Recruitment program, including the award-winning “Operation Vetrepreneur: Become Your Own General” contest, which has awarded 56 free franchises to military veterans since its inception in 2012. Before WTH, Alicia worked at ESPN, Clear Channel Radio (now called iHeartMedia), and CBS Radio. She has been published in travel and franchise trade publications, and her marketing programs have received prestigious industry awards from the International Franchise Association, Travel Weekly, and Northstar Travel Media.

SARAH LIPINSKI

Sarah Lipinski oversees the marketing, email, and website creative for all D2C brands. She is entrusted with maintaining the integrity of our Partners’ branding and voice in the cruise space. Recently, Sarah’s been working on new branding efforts for our House division, to ensure each brand is positioned to speak to its unique audience. Sarah holds a BFA in Visual Communications from Endicott College and has been a part of the travel industry for 12 years.

MARILYN MCCAWLEY

Marilyn McCawley serves as Vice President of Human Resources for World Travel Holdings. In this role, she is responsible for providing operational and leadership support across the company as it relates to recruiting, training, employee relations, organizational structure, policy administration and more. Throughout her tenure, she’s been promoted through various HR roles including HR Specialist, Manager, Director and now Vice President. McCawley has more than 20 years of HR experience and prior to joining World Travel Holdings, she served at global companies including Coca-Cola Enterprises and Manpower Group. South Florida Business & Wealth recognized her contributions with the “Broward Senior HR Executive Apogee Award”. Marilyn holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Framingham State University, a master’s in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University and is fluent in Spanish.

SHARON MUCCI

As Vice President of Software Engineering, Sharon Mucci is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the software used for more than 10 direct-to-consumer owned, and franchise and independent agent brands operated by World Travel Holdings. Sharon’s hard work, dedication and leadership qualities have awarded her many promotions with World Travel Holdings since joining the company in 1994. She has held numerous positions in the organization including Travel Professional, IT Help Desk Analyst, Application Help Desk Analyst, Business Analyst, Programmer and Director of Software Engineering. She is a graduate of Saint Bonaventure University.

APRIL ROSE

April Rose serves as Vice President of Customer Care. She is responsible for the operation of all on-site and virtual direct-to-consumer sales agents and service centers located across the U.S. April’s leadership, experience and expertise has been instrumental in the company’s ability to continually expand its national at-home agent platform. April joined World Travel Holdings/ National Leisure Group (NLG) in 1997 as a Vacation Advisor. Throughout her tenure at World Travel Holdings/NLG, she has been promoted through various positions in Sales and Service Center Management.

TIM SACCONE

As Vice President of Acquisition Marketing, Tim Saccone oversees customer acquisition efforts across several World Travel Holdings business divisions. Tim is responsible for the execution of WTH’s customer acquisition strategy across earned, owned, and paid marketing channels. Tim collaborates with the digital marketing team, eCommerce, and WTH leadership on initiatives that effectively grow WTH’s footprint within an evolving digital ecosystem. He has been in the digital marketing industry for 20 years and holds a BS in Marketing from Villanova University.

CHARITY SANTIAGO

Charity Santiago serves as Vice President of Training and Events for Dream Vacations and CruiseOne. Throughout her tenure, she has been promoted from Training Specialist, Supervisor, Manager, and Director to now overseeing both our Training and Events teams. In her role, Charity oversees new franchise onboarding, educational strategy and planning and works cross functionally with Operations, Technology, Marketing and Sales to launch new programs and processes. Additionally, she is responsible for agent engagement and continuing education programs, such as our on-demand course library, regional training events, immersive education summits, and annual National Conference. Charity holds a BS in Elementary Education from Florida Southern College and a M.S.Ed in Instructional Design and Technology from Purdue University.

ETHAN SOBOL

Ethan Sobol serves as VP Finance/Corporate Controller. He is responsible for all finance functions which includes financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable, treasury, as well as business intelligence, real estate and facilities. Ethan has worked in finance for 18 years, including the last 12 at World Travel Holdings/NLG, starting as Accounting Manager in 2002. Prior to joining the company, he worked in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP in Boston for six years, working his way up to Audit Manager. Ethan earned a MS in Accountancy and MBA from Northeastern University, and a BS in mathematics from Colgate University.

SANDI SZALAY

Sandi Szalay serves as Vice President of Technology for the Dream Vacations and CruiseOne brands. Over the past decade, she has led the company’s technological evolution to extraordinary heights. Sandi won the first ever CIO (Chief Information Officer) award from the South Florida Business Journal, and was recognized as a Corporate I.T. leader by Women in eCommerce.  Under Sandi’s leadership, Dream Vacations and CruiseOne. have quickly moved to the forefront of the industry with its proprietary software development and unrivaled technical support. This includes the creation of and continuous enhancements to Cruise Control, a state-of-the-art customer relationship manager, booking engine and financial management tool all in one which is essential to the growth and business development of home-based agents. This innovative system was the first to offer online pricing and booking with major cruise line partners. Previously, Sandi held various senior leadership positions with Interzine Productions; a leader in interactive leisure sports websites.

JOSH TOLKIN

Josh Tolkin serves as Vice President of Supplier Relations at World Travel Holdings.  He is responsible for managing the contracts, merchandising, and promotions for all cruise lines, tour operators, and car rental companies across each division. Since he joined the company in 2010, he has held various positions.  As the Director of Business Development, Josh was previously responsible for overseeing the growth of the company’s hotel, vacation package, and car rental divisions, as well as two villa brands: Villas by Linda Smith in Jamaica, and Bravo Villas in Italy. Josh is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied history and economics.

SEAN TOLKIN

Travel is in Sean’s DNA and he has been with the World Travel Holdings’ family his entire career. As the Vice President of Land Strategy and Network Performance, Sean is responsible for the growth of Dream Vacations’ land vacation sales and bookings. He is bringing increased focus to building stronger relationships with land suppliers; expanding promotion and incentive opportunities for our franchise owners and their associates; and working with the training team to create more land-focused engagement events and training opportunities. He also oversees Resort for a Day, the largest distributor of resort day passes. Prior to his current role, Sean served as Vice President of Customer Experience for the direct-to-consumer division, responsible for the overall customer experience from start to finish. His other previous roles include leading Cruise Inc., the original host agency business opportunity. Sean was instrumental in transitioning the Cruises Inc. brand to the Dream Vacations Advisor program, which matches people who want to become independent travel advisors with existing travel agency franchise owners. He spent his first two years with the company in a management rotation program circulating through every single department, including working as a travel advisor, and then gradually was promoted to Director overseeing private-label partnerships, Resort for a Day, and Corporate Development for Dream Vacations. Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and a Master’s in Management Hospitality from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Sean’s Dream Vacation is searching for the world’s best golf courses.
