Travel in the Caribbean and Mexico has seen a notable uptick, trending over 30% higher year-over-year. This may be connected to increased interest in shorter stays, especially in the U.S. travel market. In addition, based on booking trends Villas of Distinction guests are booking further in advance, with reservations well into 2025. “I believe this is a result of industry trends starting to normalize,” said Kaye.
